Alan Davies - After a host of awards and nominations including Time Out Best Young Comic in 1991, Alan took the role of Jonathan Creek, written by David Renwick, which won a BAFTA Award for Best Drama. The show ran for 14 years and has been sold worldwide.
Following sell out tours, a west end season and a BBC1 stand-up special of his show Urban Trauma, Alan took part in a comedy pilot produced by John Lloyd and hosted by Stephen Fry.
QI has subsequently run on the BBC every year since 2003.
In 2011 Alan travelled to Australia for a successful tour of QI Live followed by a sell-out tour of his stand-up show, Life Is Pain, which ran at the Edinburgh Festival in 2012 and then toured the UK.
Alan is a versatile performer and tonight will be showcasing fresher material.
