Both have vast experience within grass roots football in the local area. Del is a full time coach at West Ham whilst Steve is well known locally as a non-league legend at Gravesend and Northfleet.

Chairman Jim Chapman echoed the sentiments of all at the club by wishing them both every success in their new role, and that as a club we will do all we can to support them going forward.
